Nicole Shattuck joined the Duke Sports Performance staff in Fall 2021 and currently serves as the Sports Performance Coach for the women's lacrosse and rowing programs.

Before Duke, Shattuck was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Bucknell University, where she directed sports performance for women's lacrosse, soccer, tennis, rowing, water polo, volleyball, and men's water polo. She enhanced athlete wellness and recovery by integrating nutrition guidance and social media challenges in collaboration with the athletics department.

Anthony Rossi is the men’s lacrosse athletic trainer at the University of Michigan, after previous stops as athletic trainer at Western Michigan University and Adrian College. He earned his Doctor of Athletic Training from the University of Idaho in 2019. In addition to his membership in the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, Rossi is also a member of the Professional Hockey Athletic Trainers’ Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Devon Serrano was named as the director of sports medicine at the University of the South (Sewanee) in the summer of 2024. She spent the previous eight years as director of sports medicine at Sweet Briar College, with responsibility for all of the varsity teams and two competitive equestrian programs. Prior to Sweet Briar, she worked through Auburn University as a fellow of the Warrior Athletic Training program at Fort Benning, serving as the athletic trainer for soldiers in basic training. She has also been an athletic trainer at the University of Louisiana-Lafayette.

Dr. Emam is a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician specializing in sports medicine, and serves as one of the team physicians for Johns Hopkins University. His expertise is in musculoskeletal conditions, including overuse and acute injuries and chronic conditions affecting the spine, shoulder and elbow, hip and knee, and other joints. As an ultrasound expert, he uses this technology to help diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and determine the best treatment approach.

Dan Sullivan is the founder and owner of Lacrosse Loft, a lacrosse specialty brick and mortar store in Wilmington, Mass. He manages the supply and maintenance of athletic equipment for multiple intercollegiate, high school and club programs in the both the U.S. and Canada.

Hunter Francis, a former North Carolina player, has a long connection to the sport. A director of the respected Toyota lacrosse programs in the United States Club Lacrosse Association, Francis helped with the startup launch of the MLL in the early 2000s. For nearly 20 years he managed and directed the Baltimore Indoor Lacrosse League, helping to prepare college players for professional box lacrosse.

Ryan Wheeler was a member of the 2007 U.S. box team that won a bronze medal in Nova Scotia. A collegiate player at Adelphi and Manhattan, he was on the rosters with the Chicago and Los Angeles teams in the MLL. In box lacrosse, he spent seven seasons playing Major & Senior-B indoor lacrosse in the Canadian professional ranks.

Tony Sorci is currently the coach of the Utica Yeti of the North American Box Lacrosse League and has coached box lacrosse with multiple organizations. A former Colorado College player, Sorci played with the Buffalo Bandits in the NLL and has been a teacher and coach at the high school level.

Crysti Foote was a star player and Tewaaraton finalist at Notre Dame who went on to play for Canada in the World Cup four times, helping the team win two silver and two bronze medals. Currently a high school coach in Colorado at Regis Jesuit, she has coached at all levels of the sport and played in the United Women’s Lacrosse League. Foote is currently a facilitator with the Athletes Unlimited professional women’s lacrosse league. She also led the U.S. to the championship at the 2023 Super Sixes in Canada, serving as head coach.
