Nicole Shattuck is serving as the strength and conditioning coach for the U.S. women's sixes national team. She previously was the strength and conditionaing coach for the inaugural U.S. women's box team, which won the World Lacrosse championship in 2024.

Shattuck joined the Duke Sports Performance staff in Fall 2021 and currently serves as the Sports Performance Coach for the women's lacrosse and rowing programs.

Anthony Rossi is the men’s lacrosse athletic trainer at the University of Michigan, after previous stops as athletic trainer at Western Michigan University and Adrian College. He earned his Doctor of Athletic Training from the University of Idaho in 2019. In addition to his membership in the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, Rossi is also a member of the Professional Hockey Athletic Trainers’ Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
