Young players between the ages of 13-18 are invited to take the field at USA Lacrosse Headquarters for a high-intensity skills clinic, presented by Gait Lacrosse, and led by U.S. National Team athletes and Gait Lacrosse athletes.

These clinics are designed for boys and girls between the ages of 13–18 seeking advanced training and skill development in a focused, fast-paced environment.

The 2025 World Lacrosse Men's U20 Championship begins this weekend in Korea and the United States is aiming for a 10th consecutive world championship. The U.S. has won the gold medal in each of the previous nine versions of this event, which was played at the U19 level on a mostly quadrennial basis from 1988 through 2016 and then as a U21 event in 2022 following a two-year COVID delay.

SPARKS, Md. — USA Lacrosse has named 48 of the nation’s top young girls’ lacrosse players to the 2025 U17 and U19 Youth National teams. The players were selected following a national combine at USA Lacrosse headquarters in late July that featured nearly 175 standout players from around the country.

U.S. team veteran Marie McCool was named the Most Valuable Player of the lacrosse competition at The World Games in Chengdu, China after leading the U.S. to a perfect 5-0 record, including a 16-8 win over Canada in the gold medal game. 

It was the second World Games gold medal for McCool, who was the youngest member of the U.S. team that won the 2017 World Games title in Wroclaw, Poland. McCool has also won a pair of World Lacrosse championships in the U.S. team system – in 2017 in Guildford, England and in 2022 in Towson, Md.

SPARKS, Md. — USA Lacrosse has named 24 of the nation’s top young girls’ lacrosse players to the 2025 U15 Youth National Team. The players were selected following evaluations at five regional ID clinics and virtual applications during the spring and early summer as part of the National Team Development Program

The U.S. Youth National Teams will compete during the Rivalry Challenge against their counterparts from Lacrosse Canada the weekend of September 18-21 at USA Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Md.

The United States women’s national team avenged one of its rare defeats in international lacrosse, doubling up Canada 16-8 to win the gold medal at The World Games in Chengdu, China on Monday. Canada had defeated the USA 14-12 in the 2022 edition of this event, but the U.S. led wire-to-wire to complete a dominant run through the tournament field this time around.

The United States is headed to the championship game of The World Games 2025 following a 24-10 victory over Japan in the semifinals on Sunday in Chengdu, China. It’s the third straight World Games final for the U.S.

The U.S. beat Canada 11-8 in the 2017 final in Wroclaw, Poland in a 10v10 field version of the sport, but lost to Canada 14-12 in 2022 using the sixes discipline, which is in play for these World Games and will be the format of the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
