USA Lacrosse is proud to offer the new "Developing the Team Player" online course for men's and women's game coaches. This course will provide coaches with the tools and techniques needed to build critical foundations for successful team development; moving players from a "me-oriented" to a "we-focused" environment.
Five unique modules build on each other to provide coaches with the necessary tools to best position their players for success (on and off the field) according to their stage of athlete development and the overall team's goals.

Riccio was selected after a nationwide search done in partnership by the USA Lacrosse Board of Directors and Prodigy Search, a renowned nationwide leader in senior-level executive search.
