Lou Corsetti, USA Lacrosse’s director for the Southeast Region and a longtime lacrosse coach in Georgia, has been named as the recipient of APIVEO’s 2021 Brian Snitker Award as the organization’s youth coach of the year.
Based in Georgia, APIVEO (Always Play for Each Other) is an organization seeking to empower youth coaches by giving them simple, positive, and age-appropriate life and leadership lessons to share with their teams.
The Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA), the preeminent non-varsity league in the country, is pleased to announce that for the sixth year, USA Lacrosse is sponsoring the MCLA Player of the Month in 2022.
The award will be presented to an MCLA student-athlete in each division who has had an outstanding on-field performance.
"USA Lacrosse is committed to sponsoring this award that will recognize the efforts of the MCLA's best student-athletes,” said Rick Lake, men’s game director at USA Lacrosse. “We wish all the teams good luck for the 2022 season."
