Ryan Wheeler was a member of the 2007 U.S. box team that won a bronze medal in Nova Scotia. A collegiate player at Adelphi and Manhattan, he was on the rosters with the Chicago and Los Angeles teams in the MLL. In box lacrosse, he spent seven seasons playing Major & Senior-B indoor lacrosse in the Canadian professional ranks.

Tony Sorci is currently the coach of the Utica Yeti of the North American Box Lacrosse League and has coached box lacrosse with multiple organizations. A former Colorado College player, Sorci played with the Buffalo Bandits in the NLL and has been a teacher and coach at the high school level.

Crysti Foote was a star player and Tewaaraton finalist at Notre Dame who went on to play for Canada in the World Cup four times, helping the team win two silver and two bronze medals. Currently a high school coach in Colorado at Regis Jesuit, she has coached at all levels of the sport and played in the United Women’s Lacrosse League. Foote is currently a facilitator with the Athletes Unlimited professional women’s lacrosse league. She also led the U.S. to the championship at the 2023 Super Sixes in Canada, serving as head coach.

Leading the first U.S. women’s box team will be familiar turf for Capicchioni, a pioneer among women’s athletes. In 2003, she became the first female to play in the National Lacrosse League, playing for the New Jersey Storm. In 2011, she played for the U.S. men’s team in the world championship, making 28 saves while allowing just two goals while playing in parts of two games.

Nick Coyne is the equipment manager for the NLL’s Panther City Lacrosse Club. He founded the Dallas Box Lacrosse League in 2014, helping to grow the sport in Texas, and tried out for the 2019 U.S. box team.

Matt Nein is the assistant director of athletics & recreation, coordinator of sports performance at Salisbury University where he works with both the men's and women's lacrosse programs. In two decades of work at Salisbury, he has worked with 13 national championship teams.

Erin Pettinger begins her second term with the U.S. National Team program after serving as the head athletic trainer for the gold medal winning 2022 U.S. Men’s U20 Team at World Championship in Limerick, Ireland. Pettinger has been a member of the Georgetown University sports medicine staff since 2011, and now serves as the associate head athletics trainer for the Hoyas. Her primary sport responsibilities are men’s lacrosse and men's and women's golf, along with administrative duties.

Jay Cordone started at Yale University in 2005 and was promoted to head athletic trainer in 2016. During his tenure with the Bulldogs, Cordone has worked with football, men’s lacrosse, women’s volleyball, softball, and the men's and women’s swimming and diving teams. While now overseeing all day-to-day operations of the athletic training department, he continues to serve as head athletic trainer for Yale’s football and men’s lacrosse teams.

Dr. Logan is a sports medicine orthopaedic surgeon specializing in complex knee and shoulder surgery at Colorado Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics in Denver. As a former physical therapist and personal trainer, Logan provides distinct expertise in sports injury, prevention, surgical management, and recovery. She began her career working at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, before moving to sports-medicine-focused clinics. Logan served as the Premier Lacrosse League’s inaugural medical director and head physician, and is also a team physician for the U.S. Ski and Snowboard teams.
